How to Dungeon Crawl Through Your TO-Do List

When: June 17-21, 7-10pm Eastern
Where: Zoom! 100% virtual
What: A live, large-group D&D adventure all about neurodivergence and real-life skills to help you get sh*t done
Why: It's my birthday this week, and I wanna play D&D with my friends!
Cost: Pay-what-you-can! ($5, $9, $17 options!)

Yes, we will really play D&D.
No, it won't look like any other D&D game you've ever played before.
So wait...what is this exactly??
This is a beginner-friendly, large-group Dungeons & Dragons game that will be told through a neurodivergent lens.
The goal is to play a genuinely fun game of D&D while also learning real-life executive functioning skills that will help you be more productive in a way that works WITH your brain, as it is.
We'll start with Session Zero, where I'll explain how this game will work and help you create your character. I recommend everyone attend this session if you plan on playing, even if you're a seasoned D&D player, because this will be a HIGHLY homebrewed experience.
Then on Day 1, we'll jump into the game, in the world of Ableism Abbey, a hellscape candy-coated in niceties and utterly lacking in accommodations.
From there, I have a general idea of where the game will go, but remember, D&D is a collaborative storytelling game, meaning your decisions will ultimately decide what happens.

June 21: Game Debrief & Get Sh*t Done Program
On the last day of our amazing neurodivergent D&D event, we'll debrief the game (so we'll go over what we learned, what we liked, what was impactful, etc.) and we'll also talk about my Get Sh*t Done Program.
It’s my hope that you’ll be able to use some of the skills learned in our D&D game to be more productive, but if you want to learn even more, the Get Sh*t Done program might be right for you!

Hi there, I'm Megan, but my D&D character is Bailey (she's a druid/ necromancer 🙃)
I was SO nervous to start playing D&D. It felt like entirely too much on-the-spot thinking, too much socializing, and too much freaking MATH.
But I've been playing for 5 years now, and I can honestly say it is one of my biggest loves.

Now, I'm nervous again, as I attempt to put together this neurodivergent-focused game of D&D. It feels like there's a million ways I could mess this up.
But then again...
...there are probably a million ways for us to have an incredible time together.
I promise to do my best as your Dungeon Master to create an amazing game that not only brings you the joy of D&D, but also teaches you executive functioning skills along the way.
What do you say? You in? Let's be brave, together.
"What if...?"

What if I've never played D&D before?
That's absolutely fine, because this game is definitely not your typical D&D experience. Just be sure to come to Session Zero, and I'll explain everything!

What if I have dyscalculia? There's a lot of numbers...
You can still play! Calculators are welcome at this table (even for supposedly "simple" math) and there will be significantly less math in this game than in most D&D games.

What if I don't have any official neurodivergent diagnoses?
No worries! Self-diagnosis and/or folks who are exploring are totally welcome in this game!
