you're not lazy. this sh*t really is harder for you.

seriously, it is NOT just in your head that "basic" things take you 10x longer than other folks, or are 10x harder.

it's not your fault. you are not the one failing.

our society is the one failing YOU.

but at this event, you'll join a community of other auDHDers who get it, learn the tools that actually work for you, and start to be productive YOUR way.

event schedule

join the Telegram group & get started on BINGO

once you sign up for the event, you'll receive a link to join our Telegram group where you can receive updates and reminders from me, as well as start interacting with other folks attending the event. oh, and you can start playing BINGO as well for a chance to win some awesome prizes!

workshop #1:

autism + ADHD = productivity disaster

let's talk about WHY auDHD is such a brutal combination when it comes to productivity, and of course, what we can do about it.

body doubling day #1

join us for 1 hour of body doubling where we'll all just...try our best to get sh*t done while on Zoom together. I know it might sound silly but it really helps a lot of auDHDers be more productive.

workshop #2:

my not-so-secret ingredient for auDHD productivity

we can't just look for short-term productivity solutions. if we want to avoid burnout, we need long-term solutions too.

body doubling day #2:

more collective productivity! let's do it!

workshop #3:

giveaways, prizes, & more!

join us for the final day of the event for the chance to win giveaways, prizes, and more!

hi there, I'm Megan.

I'm a content creator, life coach, and author for autistic & ADHD adults.

I've been coaching and creating content for nearly 5 years now, and my first book, Welcome to AuDHD, just came out this September!

but I've been autistic and ADHD my whole life, even if I didn't know it until I was 27.

I love using my lived experience with both the struggles and the solutions for auDHD in all of my work.

this event is my way of showing you that it really can "get better," even if that phrase makes you want to barf a little.

productivity is possible. we just have to do it your way, on your terms.

I'd love to help you figure it all out.
