auDHD is hard.
let's work together to make it easier.
Hey there, I'm Megan Griffith (she/they) and I'm an author, content creator, and life coach for autistic and ADHD adults, like myself.
I don't love it when coaches, therapists. or doctors claim to specialize in literally everything, so here's what I actually specialize in:
executive dysfunction
AKA, why you can't get anything done, even though you swear you're trying
emotional dysregulation
AKA, why your emotions are all over the place, giving you (and your loved ones) whiplash
internalized shame
AKA, why you kinda sorta hate yourself, even though you have decent self-esteem (it's confusing)
what does life coaching for auDHD look like?

advice, validation, & space to be messy
Coaching is a mixture of advice, validation, and just...permission to be YOURSELF in front of another human who gets it. I do not judge. Instead, I'm curious, and I can teach you how to quiet your inner judgment and replace it with curiosity as well.

practical tools and emotional support
If you need some concrete, literal, practical advice on how to do things like pay bills on time, or how to do small talk, I've got you. And if you also need some emotional support around how crappy it feels to be in your 40s and have like, zero real friends, I've got you there too. We do both here.

short-term, 12-week commitment
The goal with life coaching is that you'll work with me, we'll make some big changes together, AND I'll teach you how to keep up with those big changes, so that when our time together is complete, you feel ready to tackle the world on your own.
hi, I'm Megan.

auDHDer.
life coach.
mom of 3.
hair dye fanatic.
I've been a life coach for over 5 years now, and I literally wrote a book all about what it's like to be an adult who's both autistic and ADHD.
I am certified in emotional intelligence from Transformation Academy, but if I'm being honest, most of my coaching is informed by my lived experience as an autistic and ADHD person myself.
When you work with me, you don't have to worry about wasting half your session each time educating me on neurodiversity. I am up-to-date on a lot of neurodivergent research, and I've lived it.

what coaching is really like
I do coaching in 12-week packages.
We meet once a week on Zoom for 1 hour each time.
During that hour, we can talk about anything. Some of my clients like to make a solid plan for what to discuss each week, while others prefer to wing it and talk about whatever is on their heart.
Individual coaching with me is completely and totally customized. We will do whatever works for you.
That being said, I do have a few tools that I love using, including sweary validation ("you're fucking amazing!"), EFT tapping (a form of somatic work that helps integrate all that self-awareness into actual BELIEF), and tarot/oracle cards (to help you tap into your intuition).
You also get access to all the replays of our calls together, in case you want to re-watch them, plus a whole dashboard full of resources that we'll collect throughout our time together.
honest thoughts from people who have loved working with me:
cost
$3000 pay-in-full
or
$1000/month for 3 months
or
$500/month for 6 months
you don't have to go it alone.
help is here.
I'm here, whenever you're ready.
